Estos Términos regulan el uso del sitio web cavesleon.com y la reserva de experiencias operadas por Euroques S.L.

1. Identity of the operator

2. Booking process

All experiences are operated as private, by-appointment services. Submitting the contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Euroques S.L. replies in writing (email) with explicit confirmation of date, time, party size, price and meeting point.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated per person, in euros (EUR), and include the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. Payment terms (deposit %, balance on the day, etc.) are communicated in the personalised proposal you receive by email.

4. Cancellations and changes

• Free cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the experience: full refund of any deposit.
• Between 7 and 48 hours before: 50% retained.
• Less than 48 hours before, or no-show: 100% retained.
• We reserve the right to cancel due to force majeure (extreme weather, illness of the host, regulatory closure) and will refund 100% of any sum paid or, at your choice, reschedule at no cost.

5. Withdrawal right

Article 103.l of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 excludes leisure-services contracts that specify a date of performance from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation policy in section 4 applies in lieu.

6. Responsible drinking & safety

Our experiences include wine and spirits. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 or to anyone visibly intoxicated. Guests are responsible for declaring allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. Pickup vehicles are operated by licensed drivers; guests must wear seatbelts and follow the driver's instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photographs, the Leon Caves brand and the «Hidden Cellars» mark) belongs to Euroques S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Liability

Euroques S.L. is liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence in the operation of the experience. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of León (Spain), without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
